Marketing Communications Consent

LetzPay may send users marketing communications regarding products, services, offers, promotions, campaigns, and updates available through the application or other official communication channels.

By providing consent, the user agrees that 360 Easy Payment Solutions SRL, hereinafter referred to as LetzPay, may process their personal data for the purpose of sending commercial and marketing communications.

1. Purpose of the Consent

Based on the user’s consent, LetzPay may send marketing communications through the following channels:

  • push notifications;
  • in-app messages;

3. Voluntary Nature of the Consent

Providing consent for marketing communications is voluntary and is not a condition for using the LetzPay application or accessing the services available through it.

Users may continue to use the LetzPay application even if they choose not to receive marketing communications.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

The user may withdraw their consent at any time, free of charge, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Consent may be withdrawn by:

  • changing the communication preferences in the LetzPay account;
  • using the unsubscribe link included in marketing communications, where available;
  • contacting LetzPay through the contact channels available on the website or within the application.

5. Processing of Personal Data

The user’s personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of sending marketing communications, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable national legislation.

6. Consent Statement

By selecting the dedicated consent option, the user confirms that they agree to receive marketing communications from LetzPay regarding its products, services, offers, promotions, campaigns, benefits, and other commercial information via email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, or other electronic communication channels.

The user confirms that they have been informed of the voluntary nature of this consent and of their right to withdraw it at any time.
