Terms and Conditions of Use

The use of the LetzPay application constitutes full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out below. As the administrator of the application, 360 Easy Payment Solutions SRL, hereinafter referred to as LetzPay, reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We recommend that you read them carefully.

To use the LetzPay application, the user must agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth below.

1. Use of the Application

The LetzPay application is compatible with mobile devices running:

  • the Android operating system, version 9.0 (Pie) or later;
  • the iOS operating system, version 12 or later, and equipped with a 64-bit processor architecture.

A stable Internet connection is required to use the application.

The user is responsible for ensuring that their mobile device has sufficient battery power to use all the features provided by the LetzPay application.

Any costs incurred while using the application (including mobile data charges imposed by the user’s mobile network operator) are the sole responsibility of the user.

2. Personal Data Security

The data provided by the user is treated as confidential. LetzPay undertakes not to disclose the user’s personal data to third parties, except where required by law or upon requests from competent public authorities.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable national legislation. Upon the user’s request, submitted through the contact channels available within the application or on the LetzPay website, the company undertakes to rectify, update, block, erase, or anonymize personal data free of charge, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

LetzPay guarantees the protection of users’ personal data rights, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability.

3. Features Available in the Application

The LetzPay application may use data provided by external information systems and technologies to ensure the proper operation of its services.

Depending on the services available, users may access the following features through the LetzPay application:

  • access and use payment services available within the application;
  • purchase products or services available on the platform;
  • manage and edit their user account;
  • save personal preferences;
  • access transaction and activity history;
  • receive notifications and informational messages;
  • use location-based features where applicable;
  • access maps, lists, and other relevant information provided through the application.

After launching the application, users are kindly asked to allow sufficient time for it to load completely before use.
